The first name and email address you type in, and the time you signed up.

Why

To send you the checklist you asked for, and occasional emails from Dr. Bennett about health after 55. Every email has an unsubscribe link: one click and you're off the list.

Where it's kept

With Kit (kit.com), the email service that sends our emails. Kit stores your details for us and may keep them in the United States. We never sell your email or share it with anyone else.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@drbennettmd.com. If you live in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
